Happy September!

Here is the September 2026 issue of Wild Kids Magazine.

In this month’s issue, we have a fall foraging BINGO, directions for how to make easy crab apple cider, information on how to read a tree’s past from its rings, a September temperature wheel to record the day’s temps, and information on (carefully) using pokeberries for inks and dyes with a corresponding botanical coloring page, along with all the usual ways to learn and play in nature, September nature photo prompts and phenology calendar, a weather tree to record each day’s weather, nature poetry, nature study pages, a foraging record sheet and more.

This month’s issue is 20 pages. As always, it’s in PDF form so you can read it online, send it to your Kindle, or print it out. And as always, it’s ad-free and absolutely free for personal use.

Note: As I mentioned last month, Facebook has abruptly deleted all of my 17 years of pages, posts, photos, messages and so on, both for my personal page and for all of the pages I ran like my author page.
