Happy Monday!!!\u00a0 Here’s a few ways to make some memorable moments this week…<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

1.\u00a0 Put glow-in-the-dark rocks in the kiddie pool for a magical after-dark splash.<\/span>
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

2.\u00a0 Take pictures of wildflowers.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/strong><\/p>\n

3.\u00a0 Designate one meal a week to be a theme meal and let the kids help dream up different themes.\u00a0 For instance, every Wednesday’s lunch could be wacky Wednesday.\u00a0 Should all the menu items start with B this week?\u00a0 Be from a different part of the world?\u00a0 Be green?\u00a0 For even more fun, involve friends and make it a pot luck event.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

4.\u00a0 Go on a clean up parade through a park or neighborhood with plastic gloves and bags for trash.\u00a0 Set a goal for each person like one filled trash bag and when everybody’s goal is met, reward yourselves with a treat or celebration.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

5.\u00a0 Fly kites together.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

6.\u00a0 Make some permanent sand castles<\/a>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

7.\u00a0 Start a parent-child journal.\u00a0 Get a blank book and write a letter to your child on the first pages.\u00a0 Leave it on his or her bed to write back.\u00a0 Pass it back and forth until it’s full.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

8.\u00a0 Spread a tarp in the back yard, turn the hose on low and let your little one splash, jump and play in the water.<\/span>
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

9.\u00a0 Have a bubble race!\u00a0 Each person makes one bubble and tries to blow it across the room. If your bubble pops, start over. Everybody who reaches the finish line wins!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

10. Stop and let the kids play when something strikes them as magical, even in parking lots or by the side of the road.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
