{"id":696,"date":"2010-04-11T05:09:27","date_gmt":"2010-04-11T05:09:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/magicalchildhood.wordpress.com\/?p=696"},"modified":"2010-04-11T05:09:27","modified_gmt":"2010-04-11T05:09:27","slug":"art-and-crafts-and-sales-and-such","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/magicalchildhood.com\/blog\/2010\/04\/11\/art-and-crafts-and-sales-and-such\/","title":{"rendered":"Art and Crafts and Sales and Such"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here&#8217;s a few of the fabulous things I&#8217;ve found online to inspire me, add to the to-do list and even spend a bit of cash on recently&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/lh5.ggpht.com\/_HRAwpIQO3T0\/S34G9cJNBXI\/AAAAAAAAA5w\/-Mz6EChGj0w\/034_thumb10.jpg?imgmax=800\" alt=\"\" width=\"426\" height=\"722\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I love <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mybackyardeden.blogspot.com\/2010\/02\/my-family-rules.html\">this fabulous idea<\/a> for a family rules sign.\u00a0 I&#8217;m not in love with any project that&#8217;s described as one of the most tedious projects ever, though, so I&#8217;m thinking that we should try to come up with a lazy version here.\u00a0 You know I&#8217;m all about lazy.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/_QtyCS3CA_Hk\/S66rpuXPMJI\/AAAAAAAAB-c\/W5xEL_2wICc\/s400\/Temporary+029.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m also loving <a href=\"http:\/\/wwwbobbypinsboardwalk.blogspot.com\/2010\/04\/tutorial-more-large-impact-art.html\">this idea<\/a> for making art using plywood and joint compound.\u00a0 I would love to do this with the kids!\u00a0 Of course ours wouldn&#8217;t be as elaborate, gold framed or hang in front of darling little dogs, but I bet we could have a blast and make something fabulously fun to put somewhere!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/_cYhz4d7ECdI\/S7NajOGiBvI\/AAAAAAAABEA\/bdkaE3tvIBY\/s320\/000_0019.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"306\" height=\"320\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We love real maple syrup around here and sometimes I make up a simple syrup (sugar and water, boiled together) to add in to make it last longer.\u00a0 Sometimes I also make up fruit syrup with fresh or frozen berries and some sugar.\u00a0 But when we don&#8217;t have the real stuff or time to make up a batch of fruit syrup, I hate to buy the high fructose, artificially flavored, chemical laden stuff.\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.homemademamas.net\/2010\/04\/homemade-maple-syrup.html\">This recipe<\/a> seems like a perfect substitute!\u00a0 This is definitely on the list of stuff to try soon and keep on hand.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.happygreenbee.com\/img\/clearancestore\/104-12.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"239\" height=\"145\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In the market for some adorable, organic clothes for your little ones super cheap?\u00a0 Happygreenbee kids&#8217;
