Toss the frisbee.\u00a0 There&#8217;s a reason those things have lasted so many generations.\u00a0 They&#8217;re just fun!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/magicalchildhood.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/03\/bubblenews.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-medium wp-image-2448 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/magicalchildhood.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/03\/bubblenews.jpg?w=300\" alt=\"bubblenews\" width=\"300\" height=\"232\" srcset=\"http:\/\/magicalchildhood.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/bubblenews.jpg 475w, http:\/\/magicalchildhood.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/bubblenews-300x232.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Paint some walking sticks.\u00a0<\/strong> Head out to the woods and found some good specimens, and then bring them home and decorate them.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/farm5.static.flickr.com\/4056\/4472439806_b39b432b67.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"375\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Play magic eight ball radio.\u00a0 <\/strong>This silly game is something my husband and our sixteen year-old, Victoria, came up with on their way to play practice together last month.\u00a0 All they do is ask the radio a question (How is opening night going to go?\u00a0 Should the family go to Sioux Falls tomorrow?\u00a0 How is Alex going to act at the restaurant?) and then press &#8220;seek&#8221; on the radio.\u00a0 The first line or sentence that someone says or sings after it finds a station is the answer.\u00a0 Sometimes they have to press seek a few times to get a proper answer. Let your imagination lead you; chalk isn&#8217;t permanent.
