The kids and I got a fun pirate book recently and inside was a chart to help you find your pirate name.\u00a0 Unfortunately, their chart left us a bit flat (9 out of 10 names were for boy pirates, for instance!) so we came up with our own pirate name generator.<\/p>\n

To find your pirate name:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pick 3 numbers, each one ranging\u00a0 from 1-10 (you can use the same number more than once).<\/p>\n

If you’d like a boy pirate name, pick a number between 1-5 for the last number.<\/p>\n

If you’d like a girl pirate name, choose a number between 6 and 10 for the last\u00a0 number.<\/p>\n

Then find the word that corresponds from each list:<\/p>\n

First word:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  2. Long<\/li>\n
  3. Blue<\/li>\n
  4. Jolly<\/li>\n
  5. Red<\/li>\n
  6. Cold<\/li>\n

  10. Stump<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Second word:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        For instance, if your child chose 147, She’d be Big Boot Bonny.\u00a0 752 would be Green Leg Willy.\u00a0 333 would be Blue Belly Bart.\u00a0 And so on.<\/p>\n
